How do I change quantities or cancel an item in my order?

Please email with your order number along with the requested changes and we will do our best to make these changes depending on the timing of when we are notified.  Please note that once an order has begun processing or has shipped, the order can no longer be edited.


How do track my order?

Once your order is fulfilled you will receive an email confirm your order has shipped along with tracking details.  Click the link to find out the latest status of your shipment.


My order never arrived, now what?

Confirm you received the shipping confirmation email.  From there click the link provided to display the most recent shipping status.  If your order shows a delivered status, please check with the shipper to confirm that your packages were delivered.  If you need assistance, please do not hesitate to contact our customer service department at for assistance.  


Am I responsible for International Shipping Fees?

International customers are subject to International Shipping Charges and Shipping Fees such as taxes, duties and fees not calculated at checkout.  This includes any international taxes, duties and fees associated with returned merchandise, and items purchased with promotional discounts.

Orders Over $99.00 Ship free! Is limited to shipping within the United States, Puerto Rico, and Guam.


Do you ship to my country?

Please contact us and let us know that you are interested in purchasing our products.  We will need to know which items, the quantity of each item, Size of eachi item, and the address you would like these items shipped to. We will reach out to you and provide a shipping quote based on the details you provide us.


What is your production timeline?

We Produce all our garments on-demand, please allow up to 3 weeks to process and ship your order.  


What are my payment choices?

We currently accept the following payment options:  Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express.


What are your promotion and sale guidelines?

Our offers may not be combined with any other sale, promotion, discount, code, coupon and/or offer.  Promotions cannot be applied to previous orders.  Promotions have no cash value.  Discount codes are one-time use only per customer.  We reserve the right to alter, change or stop a promotion at any time.


I have a question on my charges.
